Hi, I'm Gagan (He/Him), a fifth-year Commerce student specializing in Finance.

As the current AMS Financial Coordinator and former VP Finance of the Commerce Undergraduate Society, I have worked with multi-million dollar budgets, supported over 400 subsidiaries, and led initiatives to improve financial reporting and efficiency. My prior co-op experiences at TELUS and BrandLIVE have also strengthened my ability to optimize financial processes, enhance transparency, and drive strategic decision-making.

With this extensive experience in financial leadership and student advocacy, as your next VP Finance, I want to:

• Streamline financial processes by consolidating submissions into a single, user-friendly system.

• Enhance transparency by expanding quarterly and budget reports to show how student fees were used to benefit students.

• Support clubs and constituencies with better treasurer training, sponsorship resources, and improved expense tracking tools.
